Complete your Winter Solstice experience with a 60-minute session in our handcrafted wood-fired sauna overlooking the ocean. Following the 108 Sun Salutations at Pause Yoga Studio and a refreshing sea plunge, settle into the warmth, connect with community, and take a moment to reflect on the season ahead.

Cancellation Policy
You agree to all the terms outlined in ShareHeats terms of use www.shareheat.co.nz/termsofuse Bookings cancelled more than 6 hours before the session start time will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable, regardless of reason (weather, change of plans, etc.). No-shows will not be refunded. Sessions may be postponed or cancelled at our discretion due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
