New sessions are released every Monday. Because our outdoor sauna experience is weather-dependent, we open bookings up to two weeks ahead to ensure comfort, safety, and relaxation.

Sauna Sessions


WHAT TO EXPECT:

 

Sauna Temp: Our wood fired sauna sits at around 90 degrees Celsius

Session length: around 60–90 minutes depending on the type

​

Cold plunge or sea swim available at most locations​

​

Respect the space and each other 

​

​Stay attuned to your body - rest, hydrate, and step out anytime you need

​

​

WHAT TO BRING:

 

 Towel - one to sit on in the sauna (required), and a second if you'd like to dry off or swim afterward

​

Water bottle - hydration is essential

​

Swimwear or light clothing - something you’re comfortable sweating in

​

Warm layers - for afterward when your body starts to cool down
