By agreeing to our Terms of Use, you confirm that you are accepting them on behalf of all attendees in your booking. Bookings cancelled more than 6 hours before the session start time will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable, regardless of reason (weather, change of plans, etc.). No-shows will not be refunded. Sessions may be postponed or cancelled at our discretion due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
