A SHARED SPACE
We intentionally limit our sauna to 7 people for community sessions. Allowing space for comfort aswell as connection.
YOUR SESSION
A good guide is three rounds of around 10–15 minutes in the sauna, cooling off in the ocean between each. Listen to your body and move at your own pace, there's no right or wrong way to enjoy your session.
PREPARED FOR YOU
Unlike many saunas, we don't run back-to-back sessions. We intentionally leave time between bookings to prepare the space, so you can arrive unhurried, enjoy your session, and leave without feeling rushed.

Enjoy Yin at Pause Yoga starting at 6:15pm followed by a 7:30pm sauna - Book your sauna spot
Friday Afternoon sessions

Sessions starting at 5pm, enjoy a 1.5hr sauna at 7.00pm
